BACKCOUNTRY HUNTING
Pursue big game with our experienced guides and trusty pack string for an unforgettable experience.
The conservancy has been protected since 1974 and has never been industrialized. There is no motor vehicle access, providing wildlife with security and sanctuary from human pressure.
Many animals have never even seen a human.
A lack of human disturbance has allowed elk, moose, mule deer, black bear and mountain goat populations to thrive in the Purcell Wilderness. The numbers are much stronger compared to more accessible areas. With features like avalanche slides, granite cliffs, and glaciers. This creates a truly wild, backcountry hunting experience.

I’m Lee.
A first-generation guide outfitter
My path into outfitting is different than most. I wasn’t exposed to it at a young age, in fact it was tragedy that introduced the passion. In my father’s final months, we often watched Steve Rinella and the Meat Eater team together wishing we had taken steps to do something we often talked about but never did.
Perhaps the crutch to help numb the pain of his loss, I made the decision soon after I wasn’t going to let it continue. I jumped in with both feet. My passion for the outdoors and hunting lead to countless days spent in the back country.
Early success only fueled that emotion. I've developed an insatiable appetite for backcountry hunting on horseback. Whether new or experienced to hunting and horses, join me on a trip sure to create memories and if we're fortunate enough, a friendship.
